Сорт Скарб литвинов является источником исходных форм для создания линий с мужской стерильностью. Поддерживающие мужскую стерильность формы с N-типом получены из самосовместимых растений сорта Ветразь. Благодаря малому количеству (8 %) инбредных семей msmsN и MsmsN опыление проводится вручную. Соцветия изолировали полиэстером, стянутым нитью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>S-cytotype first testcrosses had 90 % of plants with male sterility, more than ST, STN, SN, N-cytotypes found in the Skarb litvinov. With this in mind, the Skarb Litvinov variety open polinated population is good source of male sterile lines.To create male sterility maintaining line B the self-compatible plants having pure N-cytotype should be selected from population of Vetraz variety. Due to low number (8 %) first inbred families having msmsN or MsmsN testcrosses and selfing can to be carried out manually.
