Различия в зависимости от года исследований между сортообразцами составили по содержанию сухого вещества 1,4–1,6 раза, витамина С – 1,9–2,0 раза, растворимых углеводов – 4,4–8,0 раза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research results on the assessment of collection samples of winter garlic by biochemical composition are presented.Samples with high levels of dry matter, vitamin C and soluble carbohydrates were isolated.
